Hampton Falls Historical Society
History is being made every day, and how we handle it is of vital importance to our future generations. Collecting, explaining, demonstrating, and displaying our historical ideas and artifacts help those who follow us to understand how and why we did things the way we did.
Some procedures are successful and some are not. It's history that shows us what is successful and explains why failures occur. History is learning by experience. Cherishing our history and sharing it with others helps to build the future on solid foundation. Joining the Hampton Falls Historical Society is also a great opportunity to meet people with a common interest while knowing that you are helping to preserve local history.
Membership in the Hampton Falls Historical Society is open to all who wish to support the mission of the Society, which is to discover and promote the history and heritage of Hampton Falls.
We are an independent, non-profit organization. Our sources of income are memberships, donations, fundraising and bequests. The money is used for collection care, education programs, building and maintenance. Memberships and Donations are fully tax deductible. The Hampton Falls Historical Society is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
